I would like to nominate Candy Clouds, by Snow located in Herme's Homilies. Although it is a poem written with children in mind, it is also a well written, skillyfully designed poem that delights and enchants us all at any age.

I would also like to nominate Wine and Roses By Ron Jones located in Platos' Pearls of Wisdom. I found this Sonnet was written with excellence. What I found most appealing was Ron's handle on the archaic phrases, and words, accentuate the time period in which the images bring to mind, and were handled with skill-that they didn't feel over done or dry and clumsy as sometimes they do. A beautiful, beautiful old fashioned Sonnet with wonderfully weaved sounds, rhymes and movement, while still offering a very warm chuckle at the ending couplet.
