RENDEZVOUS
Here, on this grassy knoll, your haunting essence lingers; like long-remembered scent of broom on early summer winds, or purple folds of autumn heather; a startled deer, a hovering kestrel; like gentle laughter, or perfect peace.
In the sweet, blue-domed silence I hear you whisper on the breeze,
'Turn your gaze to the distant hills where time drifts slowly into clouds.
I'm waiting patiently my love.'

Thank you for your entry into Odin's Opposition!
Perhaps you’ll rise up, drink from the Well of Wisdom and be crowned the ‘bringer of victory’?
Best of luck in the battle!

QUOTE (Cybele @ Aug 19 06, 12:21 ) Hi Lori,
A Merit too?
This is turning out to be a very special day. I have just had news that I am a great, great,Grandmother to a new little person called Mya, God Bless her!
(At this rate I might even get to be a great, great, great grandmother before I kick the bucket! )
I rather like the idea of being the Matriach of many living generations! Well, it always sounds so grand in those block-buster books. If only I had the wealth that goes with it. Not really. There is no wealth greater than love. Well in that case, a DOUBLE SUPER DUPER GRAND CONGRATS Grace!
What a lovely name too, Mya!
And Love is the grandest wealth of all.
HUGS and ~Cleo

Oh no, Grace, I never knew you when you were NOBODY. When was that?!
Anyway, $ 10.00 are always useful...maybe a rattle for Baby?!
Now please give us a rest, Grace, we can't go on congratulating you all week!
Hugs, Sylvia
