PARKING PENALTIES
�Snappy� Jones, master snapper had no qualms encroaching on any handsome couple, whose dread of being seen required remote locations. They�d bemoan intrusion into their privacy, and try to extricate themselves by dangling money before him. Pennies to the stupefying tabloid sums ....
