Hi all.
I just discovered another simplified way to search posts and topics by member name utilizing our new Profiles.
All you need to do is click on the member name of the person you want to seach. This should bring you into their profile page. (If you search by using the "members" link, type or search for their name, then click on it. Then choose "View Member Profile".)
Once you are in the profile page, simply click on the OPTIONS pulldown menu (under their name) and then choose either "Find member's posts" or "Find member's topics".
Side note: The Topics and Posts in the center of the profile pages only display the last 5 posts, whereas the above works for ALL topics and posts at MM.
Another way is to search for topics started by a member within a specific forum. If you want to search all your topics started in Seren's for example, click into the forum, scroll to the bottom, and choose, "Order: Topic Starter" by ascending or descending order, Show: "all", Topics: "all" and click 'GO'. The list of posts will now be sorted by membername order. There, you can look for your name and find all posts you've started in that forum.
Enjoy! ~Cleo
