It's too late for me to say much now, except to tell you that I'm enjoying your poetry a lot more these days.
They're not as hermetic as they used to be. Good word usage and imagery!
In L2 you don't need the "s" at the end, should be "arise".
I also think it should be Weeping Willow, as that's the full name.
I share your love of marigolds and Weeping Willows, they were also an important part of my childhood.

Under azure skies,
beams of hope arises
as azaleas and rhododendrons
sway vibrant against
