Hi all. gnome.gif

I wanted to post a tile to support John (Arnfinn) who is having a surgical procedure tomorrow. After some prescription.gif were attempted, it seems those nasty gnome.gif gnome.gif gnome.gif have invaded his abdominal cavity and they need to get the BOOT! police.gif medusa.gif

He will most likely not be online for at least a week, so let's send him our GroupHug.gif GroupHug.gif and kiss.gif kiss.gif and well wishes for a speedy recovery! cheer.gif chef.gif

>A> G'day James,

G'day John - great to hear from you!

>A> Yeah, I'm out and Okay...Though, I've got to take antibiotics...no booze. :wallace:

Always a downside to an op, isn't there? Sympathies!

>A> So I can't have an intelligent microsoft conversation with ya. You know the ones: your usually spinning around in space somewhere n' I've got ta guess what ya doing in the custard mine on the Moon. I enjoy our repartee's

Sounds like a great start to me, Arnie, only prob is those anti-biotics contain micro-men who go around being upset at custard conversations. They police them - you know, equal rights for jellies and superior rights for cream, that sort of thing (don't even ask about creme fresh - that's outta our whole league). Anyway, John, great to take tea anytime with you - repar-tee or any other.

>A> Thank you for thinking about me.

No worries, mate - a pleasure. I mean, who else understands our chats?

Get well soon, mate, still thinking of you.

Best wishes, J.

Yeah ya right James, I remember the Jellies and Custards Act, we've got one down here. The Jellies and Custards Act of 1968 (As Amended). The've got one hanging up in the local pie shop. The Micro-Men sub-section comes under the New Award Para 3... [Quote]It shall be an offence for micro men to found within one (1) metre of any cake, pie, biscuit or any other commodity baked or cooked on premises, as outlined, in Schedule B. Any owner found harbouring micro-men shall be guilty of an offence, and as such, may be required to render, by default, his oven and cooking utensils to the Crown (and or) fined one thousand custard tarts.[unquote]

Glad, you brought that up James. Intriguing about the cream, I couldn't find a reference... cop.gif

Is there a Creams Act in England? Must be pretty intensive, there are so many varieties, clotted, whipped, ice, mock, flavoured, shaving etc. I can envisage the micro-men would be uncontrolable if that got into that lot. pharoah2.gif

You've always got something interesting to say, mate.

Thank you for the time.
