Christmas is Coming Soon.
An Acrostic. Carollers singing in the Mall: Happy to welcome, one and all. Radiant smiles seen on every face: Illuminations hung high in place! Signals of Christmas spirit everywhere; Tinsel and balloons, Santa in his lair! Merry shoppers, seen dashing to and fro Anxiously searching for what they know Small children are hoping to receive. In their innocent naivety, children believe Santa Claus, is the one they perceive Coming at the midnight hour. The ring Of Christmas Bells, when rung, bring Many to pray for peace, in the coming year. Is it to be achieved, or be again as many fear, Nothing but a pipe dream that does not last! Gone and forgotten, once Christmas is past. Such celebrations as Christmas Day Offer hope. Such is the Christian way! On this festive Day, wish Goodwill to all men. Now comes the New Year!
