because serious subjects
do not have to be scribbled out
with ugly, nasty scowls on our face

and no one knows
what you are thinking
or what you’ve been up to
because life is far too short
to walk around with a long face
which is opposite the horses’ ass

your country
can do for you
but what you can give
to cut down your taxes
and keep more for family
and prevent government's wasting
dollars that you can spend much better

on form
for taxes
and you may find
that the government
thinks you are cheating them
and though to err is human
the government is not divine
so I doubt they will want to forgive.

when they're due
to keep those feds
away from your door;
just don't give up the farm
by forking out needless bucks
which could support your family
because you didn't take deductions

since retired
and never files
because our income
with all our deductions
shows I can make thousands more
without ever paying a dime
which means I am poor but I feel rich

with far fewer places
they can sit comfortably
and leaving greater depressions
in the places where they watch TV

and fat ones always seem to cut wind

while they give him plenty of time
to gain from each extra gas output

and have to stop and rest a bit
before the fat one runs out of gas

who, when retiring, was questioned;
