play it like you’re a pro and even if you lose, you will be able to relax. in basketball are not permissable since they would destroy the surface where every ball must bounce predictably; so never wear spiked shoes on court nor a walking shoe or work boot but put on those sneakers in which you can pivot ······· ·······Slow down; things will go faster!

a tree
