Congratulations, Daniel. What a beautiful baby. Hope you make lots of money because with 7 grandchildren, you'll spend 3 1/2 times what I spend on my two granddaughters. The trouble is, I always spend too much but it seems like it's never enough. Whew!!!!
Lori, if this forum is for "newbie's", you can't get much newer than that!!!
Cheers and Smiles,
Larry

Thank you, Lori and Larry! ... and I realize what you remind me, Lori... but Larry is exactly on my wave-length [as perhaps no one else is, most of the time!]! How much newer can you get!! ... and maybe you should grant this thread staying here merely as a reward for my stimulating David (Norman D Gutter) to come in and make a post. That oughta be worth something!.... and Gena told me yesterday that she'll be stopping by some time this weekend too! deLighting in sharing, Daniel P.S. ... and by the way, thinking of minor tweaks to the site we've been discussing, I think this forum and its location is the perfect place FOR general news... the kind of thing that can make this an even MORE friendly place to share with each other personally. Whatcha think?

Hi Daniel,
That you will. Thank you for sending the reminder as well. I appreciate your warm thoughts always. Your family is growing like weeds (much like beautiful roses among the daisy's ... ) She is too precious and I am so happy for you and your family to see such joy.
You will certainly catch me in the forums. I might have to start with old poetry as I haven't written any poetry in too long. I have been working on a Fiction Novel, but still a long ways to go on that ...
Best to you, My friend, it is so good to reunite with everyone at MM... Hugs, Liz

Hi Daniel, I just made a change to the layout of our "Miscellaneous Playground" category and sub forums there based on your comment below. Previously, the Announcements (Basilica) forum was tiered as a sub forum within that category. I have done two things this morning. Firstly, I changed that forum so it's no longer a sub forum embedded within that category. Secondly, I renamed the category itself (from Miscellaneous Playground) to General Announcements and Miscellaneous. You need to scroll down to find it on the page as I have not changed the order in which the categories are displayed, however, this should make things easier to find with regard to where to post general announcements. for your suggestion! ~Cleo P.S. One more change I just made was that I re-ordered the Challenges and Competitions category and the Site Information category. Previously, Site Information was #4 on the page sequentially with Challenges & Competitions being #5. I swapped them around so that now you will see the General Announcements category & sub forums following the Site Information sub forums and the Challenges and Competitions sub forums (since it is very popular) just after the Prose category & sub forums. I think this makes more sense. QUOTE (JustDaniel @ Apr 12 13, 10:27 ) Thank you, Lori and Larry!
P.S. ... and by the way, thinking of minor tweaks to the site we've been discussing, I think this forum and its location is the perfect place FOR general news... the kind of thing that can make this an even MORE friendly place to share with each other personally. Whatcha think?

What a darling little baby, GGrandpi Daniel I would so love to lift her up gently and stroke her tiny arms.
I'm sure she'll be writing poetry very soon , so it's OK with me if she remains in the newbie space.
You must be overwhelmed with joy, congrats to you and all the family
