Christmas Presents
"Grandpa, I want a rocking horse from Santa Clause this year and Rex would like a rawhide chew; how ‘bout a pink pig's ear? Then, how about a Christmas tree with presents for us all? Will Santa bring a doll for Sis and Todd a new football? Oh look, Grandpa, a golden light above the tree in there. Is Grandma looking down on us reminding us to share? I wish that she could be with us to say how good we are. I bet she tells ole Santa Clause about that big fruit jar you keep out in the garden shed behind the rake and hoe. I'm sure that he will understand and bring you presents, though." ·······  ······· |
