Once again, you live up to your quick-draw name. I'll look for the Angus in Episode #2.

I'm a hamburger bun, can't you see,
I mean, who wouldn't want to be me?
I rise in the morning because of the yeast,
I'm soft and fresh, to say the least.

Just like most humans, I have two sides,
In Wonder's truck, I get to take rides.
I contain substance within, that's the meat,
I'm one who will never admit to defeat.

Ketchup and mustard add color to my life,
occasionally I grow in numbers due to a knife.
I could be cut into quarters, or just in half,
to go beyond that would just be a laugh.

I can't complain, I never have any bills,
and of course I don't come down with ills.
I guess there would just be one little catch,
if I wind up at Burger King, it's down someone's hatch....

Hi Jim,

While this is great for laughs, you have messages baked in!

Just like most humans, I have two sides, - if only we were so simple!

I could be cut into quarters, or just in half,
to go beyond that would just be a laugh. - no offense to sliced bread? laugh.gif

I did a similar personification on books, though less humorous, in my Overdue posted in Homer's.

Okay, I'll bite, where's the beef? Jester.gif
