 HI!I've read all the rules and instructions, I've reviewed Merlin's wonderful Caraboo Clouds and posted a poem I wrote yesterday in the free verse section and I've got my profile set. Now. How do I get an avatar like everyone else? I thought that's what I was doing when I put the picture in my profile, but evidently not. I've gone back and looked over everything carefully, but still, I must be missing something? Thanks in advance to any and all who answer and or welcome me. I hope to be happy here and am happy I found you by misspelling a word. ~Blessings, Pami

Hi Pami,
Welcome again to MM.  Click into the link in the upper right hand corner of the forum that says: My Controls. There are a lot of things in there going to the left hand column that you can do/set. The categories are: Messenger (where you'll send and receive PM's), Subscriptions (where you can set up notices on posts), Personal Profile (this is where you can choose an avatar (or load up on of your own in the 'Edit Personal Avatar' link), and Options (where you can set up email and board settings for yourself).
