Hi,
I'm amazed, thank you - I nearly missed this, after having just congratulated Grace.
Seems I have a VIP or two of my own now. I hope my Chief won't be too critical.
Thank you Lori for the work and sorting this one out.
Nina - thank you very much; I love debate (you may have noticed!) and, welcome as this "status" is; the real reward for me is if my work does spark interest and discussion - so your words mean a great deal, too.
Thank you.

Fran, Hi
Must be my lucky heather.
Thanks for your congrats.
I'm in the pink now.
Fran, I wouldn't do that if I were you, Fran...
James.

Grace, Hello.
That's most kind of you Grace - thank you. I do receive plenty of help, too - not least from the four people who have already been on this thread - Lori, Nina, Fran and yourself, plus many others of course.
Thanks for your purple contribution, too!
James.
