I had noticed when I went to "print a topic" (Fran's 'untitiled' story), that her quotes, apostophes and elipses were being displayed as question marks.
I have submitted a topic to IPB about this and am awaiting a reply.
Peter actually discovered that if I go to "Print this Topic" (or use the one in the Download this Topic" option), AND go to:
View > Encoding on my web browser (for Internet Explorer at least) and change it to either Western European ISO or Western European WINDOWS it will then display and print properly.
We will send a message back with this discovery to IPB today.
Cheers ~Cleo & Imhotep
