Prologue: Today, where I live, the main water supply lines broke, denying wate service to homes beyond, and including the pool I go to every day. Faced with frustration and anger, my eyes began to twitch. Just a whimsical view of what happens to the mind, when prevented from going to the pool on a hot day.
Wink or Blink

But what if you wink, are your lids out of synch, thought of as a fink, going off my hyperlink.
My esteem will sink, be close to the brink, have to visit the shrink, he will raise a stink.
Right now wish I was a mink, keep me out of the clink, feel as if there is a chink, all being written in indelible ink.
Good thing I am not made of zinc. Could be I have, just a kink.
Epilogue: Let’s hope repairs are made and things return to normal soon.
