SANTA’S SLED
Santa is saddened and perplexed, someone stole his shiny red sled. His elves are searching everywhere, even under Larry’s king-sized bed. Everyone’s in a frenzied frantic looking in every conceivable place, someone even sarcastically suggesting that it drifted off into cyber space. The reindeer are moody and glum not knowing if their worldly journey will be jettisoned and put on hold, forcing them to contract a trial attorney. Mrs. Claus is awakened by the clatter of Santa’s helpers scurrying about, and proclaims, “What’s the excitement?” “my sleep is something I cannot do without.” Upon realizing the cause of her restless night, Mrs. Claus orders this pursuit to be instantly derailed, “I am sorry for all this needless confusion, I sent Santa’s sled to California to be detailed.” ······· ·······Give thanks for your new friends of today, but never forget the warm hugs of your yesterdays.
