I'm not certain why that is, Shaggy. Oh, I just searched your posts in that forum and find that you've only made ONE reply so far (to my thread, New World). You need to make two more replies to other members' threads before you can post another new topic in that forum. One for chapter 2 and then another one for chapter 3 before you can post again in there.
In the chapters forum, as long as you follow the forum participation rules of 1 reply for each post you make in Loch Ness, your topic will be unlocked. As I am away, I need to ask Liz, Cathy and Snow to unlock your post once you've made the required 2nd reply (for your ch. 2 post). Each member may post a new work every two days (no more than that, please) providing they then post one critique to anothers' work in the same forum. The 1:2:1 rule applies here. You may post (1) work every (2) days when (1) critique to another's work has been given within the same forum. As a membership courtesy, we ask that you reply to comments made in your thread to thank those who have taken the time to offer you their feedback.
