The master of the meter may make it his mein
to manage this manner of verse. To skip to the "dum"s with the "da"s in between may surely require it be terse. As beats be on words that are best far apart, essentially long be each step. I'm taxing my brain while I stifle my heart, so light it must be, also hep! I am just a "Bick" with an "Anna" to boot. My Anna has proven a pest. As who is to blame for this verse now is moot.
