On The Mountain
This craggy faced mountain propelled up from the millennia, striped with dark layers, bold cliffs obscured history, locked in place. Impregnated with fossils, remnants of lost life yielding up ancient thoughts, still… so dormant it stands. Paleo clues, hidden bone fragments a few small creatures, inhabit now clouds almost touching my fingertips misting ever so lightly. Climbed this peak exploring, hoping, curious : Holding… an empty hourglass, looking for the sand of time. |

Hey Larry,
You have some great imagery here, but what stuck me was this part: clouds almost touching my fingertips misting ever so lightly. It had a sensual touch to it. Loved it Dani ·······  ·······Happiness is a journey, not a destination.
