Where do I find the actual challenge or exercise? Options

When I go to Mount Olympus, I read of Pandora's Box challenges and Ten Word challenges.  Where do I go (and how do i get there?!) do find what the challenge is or what the ten words are?

This is my first visit to MM and I'm a slow learner!

It is always good to see a new member on MM.

We all had trouble finding our way through the labrynth of MM when we started. Don't worry, you'll soon get the hang of it.

A good tip for a beginner is to use LATEST POSTS AND NEW POSTS.
These headers appear in a coloured band near the top of the page (where, on the far right it says YOUR MESSENGER)

This will show you all that has been added since you last visited.

As Liz, Alan and James say, you'll soon get the hang of it.  :cheer:
