Aging Memories
Unmask steely stars that sparkle bright and lend beams to old lovers at night; recollecting the fun when I snipped twenty-one; burgundy lips now tax all my might. words used: mask, steel, star, sparkle, love, recollect, snip, twenty, burgundy, tax ·······  ·······When power leads man toward arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the areas of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of his existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
