Greetings arrive on gossamer wings
the bright length of the day at hand
breath -- a birth -- joy within us sings
round a parlor tree -- the piano grand.

Oh how I wish -- and wish on it again
the lord himself on this his natal day --
ah so many lonely centuries it’s been --
would return in the jolly man’s sleigh.

I love this one Richard!

I have no nits really - perhaps a few too many -- I appreciate they signify pauses. Perhaps just one -

Perhaps I'm only saying this as I always used to use double -- until someone told me single ones were better. Don't know!

Please consider entering this in the Xmas Contest - closing date tomorrow.

Happy Xmas
Eira
