Leaves gently curling,

they creep towards the ground,

Branches wide open

inhale nature’s sound,

New day brings sunshine

to feed flora green,

God’s golden nectar

revivifies scene,

Sweeping and swaying

the bending of bark,

Landscapes of plenty

replace grounds once stark,

Rooted and growing,

from rivers to dale,

Reaching for Heaven.

each inch tells a tale.

Hello Lindi,

Lovely poem, I especially appreciated the use of revivifies, not a word I use every day. Also, I was inspired to look up "Trees" by Joyce Kilmer, no bad thing. So two poems for the price of one.

Keith, the happy chappy
