Hi Alan,
I have no idea why you were trying to get my attention in this thread about Longfellow's Excelsior but HERE is the link to that thread. I read but didn't comment on your post "DEATH TO THE LITTERATI" over two years ago. It didn't conform to the challenge of using Longfellow's Excelsior as a template so I thought you just posted it to get a chuckle from me. I'm still not sure why you used the "Lanturne" thread or why you would associate the two threads other than they both have to do with KFC. Clue me in on why you chose to utilize aberrant syllabic counts. You must have known that either I or Daniel would catch and comment on it. Help me to understand because I don't believe HWL ever penned a Lanturne so I am at a loss as to where the connection lies. No crime committed. So.... let's teach you how to post a LINK! One way is to type out a title for your link, say, like THIS: Sonnet Bref Then go to the place you want to get attention for, and simply COPY the http address you find in the upper left corner, like THIS: http://forums.mosaicmusings.net/index.php?showtopic=7640 That in itself actually provides the LINK, but you can make it easier for your reader by going back to the TITLE of your subject (e.g. Sonnet Bref) and HIGHLIGHT it, then click the link right above that looks like links of a chain, right under "Fonts", and you will see a box come down on your screen. Now RIGHT CLICK and PASTE the http information into that box, and VOILA, you will have a link that looks like this: Sonnet Bref Click the above link, and you'll find it takes you to 'sonnet bref' here in Karnak fit
