If that diet you heed doesn’t show
some reduction in girth down below, I’d suggest you cut back on that twice daily snack. Take one bite and the other part throw. ·······  ·······When power leads man toward arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the areas of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of his existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

then the diet you chose ain't so bright Perhaps dietician could help your condition so you don't eat all that's in sight! ······· ·······Slow down; things will go faster!
