PARKING PENALTIES
“Snappy” Jones, master snapper had no qualms encroaching on any handsome couple, whose dread of being seen required remote locations. They’d bemoan intrusion into their privacy, and try to extricate themselves by dangling money before him. Pennies to the stupefying tabloid sums ....
