Daniel, I’m unsure of how serious your prosthetic problems have become and I hope everything will be okay until July. I find it difficult to follow your limerick so please forgive my attempt at levity. You will be in my prayers!
If you’re starting to disintegrate I’d suggest, before it is too late, to obtain glue and smear on those parts to adhere ‘till July. Until then, you must wait.

When their comprehension starts to gel in the class where you teach ESL, then I know it will please and except for Chinese our nice language can be hard as hell!

Hell is hard in all languages spoken for the pain there will be more than token and the flames of the fire will grow high and higher and the coals they'll be constantly stokin'

If you’re constantly stoking the coals in your grill, I’d ask what are your goals cooking hamburger meat or hot dogs for a treat? You may wind up just burning your rolls.

If you're burning your rolls, just slow down Cook them gently 'til they're golden brown Cook your meat slightly red as often I've said and those eating will give you a crown

If folks give me a crown when they eat a rare steak or well done piece of meat; I could sell each new crown to some folks of renown. Do you think Burger King could compete?

Burger King would compete if they could but they don't do their cooking with wood so they leave it to you and your oak barbeque to produce all that rare burger food

When your burger is rare you’ll produce customers whom you want to seduce but the food chain is rife with bugs bad for your life. Cook well-done burgers; save your caboose.

If your burgers disrupt your caboose so your constant discharges are loose give Imodium a try and perhaps it will dry up the stuff that's been flowing like juice.

If what’s flowing like juice from your ends can’t be stifled with meds or Depends then you’d best see a Doc. It won’t come as a shock when you find you’re bereft of your friends.

If your friends who picked all up, are gone and you've nothing left standing upon then just sit down and think and before you can blink your new checking account's overdrawn!

So you think my account’s overdrawn and I now have become just a pawn but protections in place put me back in the race. I’ll confess using brains over brawn.

With my brains and my brawn mostly gone I don't have much that I count upon but my adding machine I have little to lean on, and life's surely no paragon

Life is no paragon, that’s the truth and it hasn’t improved since my youth but the alternative is sure death so I live with poor sight, graying hair, long of tooth.

With poor sight, little hair, longing teeth and few funds that support underneath and I don't have two feet so I sit on my seat 'cause the floor is too hard down beneath

So you’ve found the floor hard down beneath through experience. That’s my belief! I’d suggest you employ a large blow-up pool toy you can strap to your buns like a wreath.

Make a wreath out of some blow-up toy? Should I have it to some little boy? Hang it up on my door? If I do, I implore tell me how! Blowing up would destroy!

Blowing up a pool toy’s a feat in which I can no longer compete. I’ve one lung with a scar from a long-ago war so inflation I’ll never complete.

With inflation it's hard to compete so I often just take the back seat going over my bills as I take all my pills watching all my finances deplete
