Greetings,
Looks like Comcast (the ISP providing the link to the forum) is having some issues with their equipment which is intermittantly cutting service to the area. They're aware of and working on the issue, but the site will come up as 'cannot be displayed' intermittently until they're done fixing whatever has broken. I'll post an update when one is available...
