The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) is onf of the World's largest broadcasters (if not the largest). It also operates the UK's largest web site (BBCi - about one million pages I believe). It runs writing competitions (sorry - these are only open to UK residents). Moreover, it also has on-line self-learning and information about various forms of writing. These are excellent.
