Thank you for posting your work in one of our constructive-critique forums. These areas exist to help members hone their writing skills and foster feedback. Works are posted, then readers offer feedback and positive suggestions for improvement.
Since such detailed crits require considerable time and effort, it is both polite and good practice to respond, fully, to all suggestions offered.
Also, in the spirit of the forum, one is expected to offer helpful critiques on others' works and positive suggestions for improvement are always considered. Why not check back in on topics you've critiqued to see if the author has incorporated any of your own ideas or requests further feedback? When someone offers their feedback in your threads, as a courtesy, please reciprocate in kind.
When revisions are posted, please make a note of the revision and date in your topic title(s) or title description(s) and that way, we'll all know to check back in again and offer further comments.
Sharing our viewpoints through workshopping activities and critique is a positive step to refining our craft. In saying this, we ask that whenever crits are offered at other boards or by other means, please repost them here too so our entire membership can benefit from the experience(s) provided.
This interaction (we share here at Mosaic Musings) is an integral part of our continued growth and evolvement as confident and competent writers. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of our staff members (admins and mods can be notified most easily by clicking the 'View Moderating Team' link here.
