HELL-VEN ON EARTH

I wish it could be Christmas
every day-ay-ay-ay-ay
,
is equal to Silent Night
as a cool, oh so treasured seasonal song.

So, blazing yule logs,
holly berries kept in the fridge,
in a heatwave ? Delightful.
These mission orders are simply wrong !

Clear the way for end-less cocoa;
then final phase for jaded appetites :
commercial jingle (bells) 24/7,
and left-over turkey, all year-long !

Hello Alan,
I've been completely away from any web-participation for most of the year, but thought to pop in to say Hello and Merry HoHo.

I guessed that jade would be a required word, and cocoa. They seem to stand out as requirements, since one wouldn't be using them commonly. Those challenges have proven interesting to me often, and perhaps it's time I look at one again.

Dear Merlin,

I think it would be agony to be away from the net for a year - it is where most of my intellectual activity takes place.

So welcome back, and yes, I look forward to your next X10 with interest.

Love
Alan
