New Calendar, Old Calendar Old calendar's last page is old and worn. Tomorrow, tidy ones will deck the wall. What wishes shall we make on new year morn? The kids will want to grow up, smart and tall. Adults will want a storeroom full of corn; their house is warm in winter, cool at fall. Our future days are God's gifts, so content yourselves with simple life from day to day. Don't count the passage of years in lament, but sum the blessings on your daily tray. Agatha Lai

Hello Aggie.
What an inspiring poem here! You are so right! We really ought to sit back and enjoy every passing moment. They only come once!
Although time certainly flies, these are the moments to treasure.
I wish you health, happiness and lots of aMUSing inspirations this coming year.
~Cleo

Hi Agatha -
Great to see you around again.
I hope you are well and I look forward to seeing you more in 2006.
Genesis (the rock group) said a similar thing:
"Don't live today for tomorrow, like you are immortal."
And I think your renewed message is very well put and well timed.
Happy New Year.
J.

Aggie and back at you once again too.
If we truly believe, we can make our dreams come true this year (or have fun trying anyway). Shall we try?
HUGS Lori

Hi Aggie
As the others have said, a lovely poem and much truth in the message. We should live for today and appreciate what we have, there are many who have less.
Thanks for the read and the reminder.
