Hi all,
Just a reminder that when you read/comment on a poem that is currently being workshopped in either Herme's Homilies, Seren's Synapse, the Sanctuary (or Plato's Pearls if it's polished), that you feel would be a great representative piece for the IBPC, then PLEASE do go ahead and post your nomination here.
Nominations are accepted through the 20th of each month, and we can send three. If there are more than three nominations in any given month, we'll do a member poll (and a staff poll) and add the tallies together to determine which ones shall move on to the comp.
So - the next time to read a work here and go 'WOW, this is fantastic!' please DO post it here as a nom.

I would like to nominate Dichotomy Goes To The Races by Wordfaery for it`s originality of theme as well as it`s economy of words in presenting a different slant on how we may or may not need the use of metaphor to present our message.
Thanks linda - I'll post it for you. You should post a new topic in this forum and copy/pate in the poem in the future.
Lori, I would like to nominate Snow's poem Survival for IBPC. It can be found at the following link (hopefully):

I'm so glad Eisa brought it out of the archives. I'd never seen it before. I think it's an outstanding piece, showing a part of nature that we seldom reflect on. Not so specifically, I mean.
I think she wants to nip one word out, but probably not much else.
Hope you agree, Lori!
Hugs,

I love that poem!
I am reposting it as a new topic below Sylvia - and will PM Snow. YAY!
Thanks, Lori! We haven't been nominating for so long, that I forgot how to get the link right
I want to nom another one, but can't remember whether I can pick two?
Nobody else is getting this moving. Hope IBPC survives.
Hugs,
Syl***
Hi Sylvia,
Yes, you can nominate many but only 2 can be sent each month.
