Hi all.

I've sent in a message to see if there is any way to make our Emoticon selection list 'alphabetical'. Not sure if this can be done but at least the question is out there. I read in two threads that it might be possible if I reload them all in aphabetical order (but that would take quite some time).

I've added four new ones today:

airplane
beer
boat
margarita

Hi Cleo,

Your additions add work when you do manually rearrange the emoticons alphabetically.

We have the pictograph and alphabet communications. What is the equivalent picture (icon) arrangement of alphabetical? Impossible? Perhaps ordered according to the number of pixels or bytes is viable. Imagine catalog of classical paintings according to computer media storage units. Of course, this may be expanded into audio as well. This would be a direct comparison between written, graphic, and audio for a combined encyclopedia catalog.

Better that you delay alphabetical listing until the newer system is established.

In other words, take an extended vacation.
