Leaves gently curling,

they creep towards the ground,

Branches wide open

inhale nature’s sound,

New day brings sunshine

to feed flora green,

God’s golden nectar

revivifies scene,

Sweeping and swaying

the bending of bark,

Landscapes of plenty

replace grounds once stark,

Rooted and growing,

from rivers to dale,

Reaching for Heaven.

each inch tells a tale.

Each inch of this beatuiful poem does too, Lindi! lovie.gif

I like the movemtn, easy flow and imagery within. The spacing also allows for each word to be read slowly.

I've enjoyed this nature tale!

Happy Sunday!

Hi Lindi,

Oops, sorry! All these acronyms we use - MM holiday classic - for info, click below wink.gif

http://forums.mosaicmusings.net/index.php?showforum=47

I just made a change so that any 'seasonal' poem or story is allowed, not just humorous or uplifting ones as we had in the past. It might be nice to read some more heart-pulling strings ones, especially in these dismal times.

You working tomorrow from home?

Hi Lindi,wave.gif

Once again, I have enjoyed the movement and spacing which allows me to take in the scene more thoroughly. The easy flow and imagery within are lovely.

I like this Image especially:

God’s golden nectar
revivifies scene,

Cheers,

Hello Lindi,

Lovely poem, I especially appreciated the use of revivifies, not a word I use every day. Also, I was inspired to look up "Trees" by Joyce Kilmer, no bad thing. So two poems for the price of one.

Keith, the happy chappy
