Hi all,
I wanted to let everyone know what has happened and why it's taking so long to post the winner of the 4th annual MMHC.  As the Sollars family donates the prize each year, our arrangement is that they choose the winner, a simple and fair one we believe. However, this year has brought challenges in that while I did receive the prize money at Christmastime with a card and holiday chapbook from Butch, he has not responded since to any of my emails or snailmails requesting they vote to choose the winner from the 7 finalists as noted below. Turnup's Christmas Card The Passing of Blasphemous Bill Treehugger Santa To Christmas Given The Gift of Song Merlin Sees Red Believe Since it is now March and we are WAY OVERDUE on the announcement, I've made the decision to have the staff vote the winner in the Sollars' absence. We are almost there with one vote remaining. I am tossed about having a poll where the members could voice their top choice and then we could combine results. What do you think all?
