Calling all writers of the Mosaic!

The time has come to nominate a member who you feel best demonstrated the CRITIQUE in AUGUST.

Nominate a member here by replying to this tile.

The details:

Choose at least TWO posts critiqued by the member you'd like to nominate from the month of AUGUST. *You can do this by utilizing our 'sort by topic started' OR last post date' and 'descending sort' functions located at the bottom of each forum's page display and then look to make sure the critiques were posted in June as well.
Post the two examples in this thread.
Post only the CRITIQUES.
Make sure your example critiques are from the month of AUGUST.
State the tile's name, author and forum the critique was replied to.
Eligible forums:
Herme's Homilies, Seren's Synapse and Shogun's Psalms for poetry COM nominations
Stonehenge and Loch Ness for Prose COM nominations

Nominations will be taken through Oct 5th, 2007.

Additional note: If more than one member is nominated for the COM award, this tile will serve as a balloting process. We will create a POLL and the members will vote the winner.

Hi Lori!
I would like to nominate Liz as COM for August. She reads the pieces thoroughly and makes detailed critiques which are highly insightful, as well as offering excellent suggestions.

I don't know whether my nomination of Liz will be valid, because it's nearly the deadline for voting and I've got an overload of things to prepare for my husband, whom you know is ill.
Meaning that I honestly don't have time right now to do the searching work for her August critiques. I just have them in my memory and know in my heart that she deserves to be COM.

I also appreciate Eisa & Cathy's crits very much indeed, as well as your own, Lori. But I guess I can't nominate ALL of you for August!
