Friendship
“Too much to show?”, it doesn’t take but moments to discover how a whisper soothes the soulful ache of friends in need and will endow them with a smile where laughter wraps their heart and loosens sadness’ clutch to fall like dreams. Is this, perhaps, too much? Words used in order of appearance: 1. moment 2. discover 3. whisper 4. soul 5. ache 6. friend 7. laughter 8. wrap 9. fall 10. dream ·······  ·······When power leads man toward arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the areas of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of his existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

Thanks for dropping in, if for nothing else than a whispered apology for tardiness. No big deal seeing as how there are we two and an occasional bit of input from a couple of others. Things are easy to overlook in these vacant halls. Lori hasn't even commented on my reply to the X10 challenge although I'm sure she has visited and read it. Beside, what are friends for?
