Christmas has Gotten out of Hand

The reason for the seasons changed
from yester-years and olden days.
Used to be things were followed more religiously
now it is electronic virtual reality.
if it doesn't beep or ping, or give you a short semi- unreadable message;
play some ring-tone that jangles in the ear, then why have it?
I don't need all this whiz-bang stuff, some gentle song
and a small gift or two is all that I require.

So come on baby light my fire!!
