Hi Lindi,
I apologize for not giving you a formal greeting sooner than this! Please forgive my oversight.
I'm not surprised to see you here, but am delighted you're going to be a part of this great site. I think ours will one day top the charts in postings, people, interest, learning, fun, and new types of thinking and self-challenges.
I've heard such marvelous things about you and look forward to getting to know you well myself. I love hob-knobbing with super people and this site appears to be attracting the best of the best!
Blessings, Athena/Merrimuse/Dolly

Hi Aphrodite/Lindi,
Belated welcome, I confess with apology, today; but better late than never is my excuse today.
Egypt is a confusing landscape of sifting sand shifting. Have you come to advise your Greek sister Cleopatra about dealing with licentious Romans hungry for her crops?
Come, meet me on shady side of pyramid--the tallest one--at high noon. We might discuss Shelley's "Ozymandias" over hot tea, sharing a seat upon a mastaba.
Maybe Zeus2 could drop by for a second to say if Rameses II became a throne threat? I want to know where M&Ms entered the power struggle?

Hi Ceo, Lori,
Temple of Fertility? Is that the place with the placard above portal reading, "No flirting, just fool'n."
Isn't Imhotep one of those composite people like Aesop, Aunt Jemima, Uncle Remus, or Pillsbury Dough Boy?
Imhotep may have been a genius. Geniuses are hard to live with yet alone endure. Like fireworks they are best enjoyed from afar.
Oh! I misunderstood. I read what you wrote with my bad ear. You want us to meet at his mastaba. Sounds near perfect to me. Better in the cool of the evening than in the midday sun, no? Cemeteries are more romantic in fog or at witching hour. As a Celt, I know about bewitching hours.
Mmmmm nnnn Mmmmmmm
