Hello all! wave.gif

To accomodate our members who are eligible to post in our adult-themed forum, Shambhalan Sanctuary, located in the 'Ming Tombs (For Members Only)' Category,  I have just added a second Member level to MM and deleted the password requirement.

Members who qualify to interact in the Sanctuary (those who have at least 50 posts and 90 days or more since join date) will be changed to the new member group name, "Gold Member".  Those who do not yet qualify will be changed to the new member group name, "Silver Member".

This change is two-fold: it will display new posts through our new & latest posts search for all members, and will no longer require a password to enter and interact in the Sanctuary for our Gold Members.

I'm in the process of updating all our Members now to your newly designated member groups, please just be patient with me.  :StarWars1:

What are member groups you ask?

Member groups define our Members, Mods, Admins and Guests and which forums they can read, start new topics and make replies in. It is all determined by the Admin role.

As of today, we now have 7 (with the addition of the Silver Member and change from Member to Gold Member) groups:

Awaiting Authorization
Guest
Silver Member  = < 50 posts and 90 days of membership
Gold Member = > 50 posts and 90 days/Sanctuary qualifier
Centurion = Staff Supporter
Praetorian = Staff Moderator
Super Admin = Site Admin

The Admins (Peter & I) will manage Silver and Gold ranking changes as we can on the weekends (which is generally how I handle the Wizard awards today).

For those who do not wish to participate in the Sanctuary, you simply don't need to actively search out the forum and enter into it. It is your choice to make, instead of us deciding for you, or you having to ask us for permission or passwords to it.

I have also asked our Mods that when they sees a Silver Member has just qualified for Gold status before Peter or I do, just send me a PM, or they will be changed on the weekend if not sooner.

If you have any questions, please ask or reply in this tile. We appreciate yout feedback!

Thank you!
