PARKING PENALTIES

“Snappy” Jones, master snapper
had no qualms encroaching
on any handsome couple,
whose dread of being seen
required remote locations.

They’d bemoan intrusion
into their privacy, and try
to extricate themselves
by dangling money before him.
Pennies to the stupefying tabloid sums ....

Hey, this is so enjoyable, Alan! How deftly you've used the given words to write about this humorous but quite real situation.
Good use of irony, as well.
