I posted "They Died in Paris" and it stayed intact for several comments, but I just opened it and everything but a stanza was missing. Slightly disheartening, RC

Hi Richard,

So sorry you are having issues.
Peter will want as much detail as possible to diagnose. Which browser and version did you use? When you clicked on the Edit button, did you choose Full Edit or Quick edit? When that text box opened, was the text already missing? Any other details you can think of?

Yes, it's definitely weird. The post is definitely truncated in the database. Is this something that happens only when an edit is made or is it something that also comes up when doing the original post?

If it's during an edit, when loaded in to edit, is the post in tact? Is there a common character or something where it gets broken down during an edit? I thought someone thought special characters like ` ' & ^ might do it?

Just as a closer to this, I think we found and fixed the quick edit bug. Apologies for the inconvenience.
