On the profile page of the old board, there was a space for member's real name. It doesn't exist on this one.

Would it be possible to include it. I found it quite useful.

Hi Nina.

I can add it as a custom profile field just like I did for the 'referred by' field. I made that one an optional field though.

Would you want this new one to act the same way? An Optional field as we had it at Ikonboard?

Let me know...

Lori

Optional or otherwise, it would be a welcome feature.

Hi Nina and Don. wave.gif

I've gone ahead and created the new custom profile field (what a NEAT feature here) and titled it simply: Real Name

To update it in your own profiles, just go into "My Controls" > "Personal Profile" > 'Edit Profile Information'.

Whatever is typed in there will appear in your summary under your avatar in posts too.

Thanks for the great suggestion Nina! lovie.gif
