Did you see the passing of Richard Wright...one of the founding members Pink Floyd, died due to cancer he was 65.

Lori, I saw the news posted on Yahoo, it really disturbed my sleep last night for some reason, it left me feeling very hollow.
I did an enourmous amount of reading on PF yesterday, I have been a big fan of theirs since 1970 when I found the album UmmaGumma, then found Atom Heart Mother, Saucerful of Secrets, ...and went on to buy every album after. Did you know that Dark side of the Moon was the most sold album in the world...and Richard Wright co wrote over half the songs...I had to listen to it again, and it brought back so many memories, I was just overwhelmed. I wote a poem on it and am waiting to post. Steve |
