Copyright resides with a writer (or his/her estate) until 70 years after the writer's death.
Please DO NOT post entire poems that are still copyright unless you have express permission for their use on MM from the copyright holder. We should treat other poets as we would like to be treated and ask before copying their work. This is also a legal obligation.
However, it is ok to quote brief - "taster" - extracts and also to link to the poet's home site or other sites that are able to showcase poems in full.
