well here i am, writing random comments but hey!

so just out of curiosity do any of you creative thinkers
1)know of stargate?
2)adore it?

if you ask me it is the best sci fi ever to come on the tv. . . ever! it incorparates so amny strands of story writing, romance, action, mythology, sci fi, epic, personal tales . . . it has it all. PLUS it is funny something that many programs fail to acheive.

if you ever need inspiration for a good tale then this is your key

lots of fun shaggy breeks Pharoah.gif

I absolutely know of Stargate! I have the orignal paperbacks here in the bookcase too (about 7 of them) and two versions of the movie dvd.

We also have 9 seasons of sci-fi's "Stargate SG-1" on DVD too. Although I think once O'Neil left a few seasons ago, it kind of lost the momentum. I think they should have ended the series with season 8 and the ending scene with O'Neill and Carter fishing at his cabin. That would have been the best way to go. Although the "Ori" is a neat sideline, I'm not so keen on the scripting in seasons 9 and 10.

I LOVE the Battlestar Galactica show. Have you seen that one (now in season 3)?

Yeah, Atlantis was better in season 2 (or are they in 3 now)? I like the premise of it, not too keen on the commander - I think she's the weakest actor of the lot.

You MUST watch Battlestar G - if you think Stargate has many emotional pulls, you'll be blown away by BG.
