UPDATE:
Thanks for pointing out something to me that I set up incorrectly in one of the admin settings, "Member Title Set Up"I think, Dolly!
This is where I've assigned total posts required for both member title changes AND total PIPS counter. I just realized that you should have a title of "Egyptian" (more than 300 posts) and 2 PIPS (changes after 150) and to 3 PIPS at 500. I see that our other Praetorians settings are also out of whack! I made a change to the settings back on NOV 21, 2003 to reduce the total PIPS awarded AND re-defined the member title counter as well. When I did this, I also created a setting called 'Advance Member Group'. Once our members reach a total of 1,000 posts, their titles will automatically change to 'Centurion' by the board. I selected 'Praetorian' to be exempt from these changes and in doing so, I think I also exempted them from their member titles and PIPS changing too! OOOOOOOOPS!
I just changed it so that "Praetorians" are no longer exempt and should gain the title changes and the PIP advancements now. The code only looks at these counts when a member makes a new post. So, when you make your next post, BEFORE you do it, look at your member title of "Babylonian" and 1 PIP. After you make a post, look again and it should change to "Egyptian" with 2 PIPS.
This means that when they post something new, their stats will also re-adjust (ALL PRAETORIANS) I mean.
Cheers! Lori
