Dear Friends,

Not a poem, but I wanted max attention for this.

It is yesterday's graduation speech by my adopted son Dominic, whom I met on his 7th birthday. He is now 18 1/2.

10 mins, and there may be a few places where you would have needed insider knowledge, but I reckon it is a good time well spent.

Love
Alan

Alan, Thanks but I use rolls of bathroom tissue now as I seem to get teary eyed a lot lately, the only thing that keeps me from breaking down completely is the Ativan I take and have been taking for the last four years or so. I like the last verbal comment you made on the film... "how do you shut this thing off." I wish that my wife and I could do things like this, but with military pay while I was in and a lot less now that I am out and three girls to support up until they all graduated High school. Just never seemed enough money. Of course we always had guys I worked with over for lunch and dinner and especially the holidays. They always wanted to taste the Yorkshire pudding thinking it was a dessert. So I guess we did a bit toward helping others. I hope that Dom passes on this wonderful thing that you have done for him.

Take Care
Steve
